அநீதியாக தடுத்து வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த Dr ஷாபி விடுதலை செய்யப்பட்டார்
பல்வேறு குற்றச்சாட்டுக்களின் கீழ் கைது செய்யப்பட்ட வைத்தியர் ஷாபி ஷிஹாப்தீன் சற்று முன்னர் விடுதலை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.
ஷாபி இன்று -25- குருணாகல் நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஆஜர் செய்யப்பட்டார். இதன்போது ஷாபிக்கு பிணை வழங்குமாறு அவரது சட்டத்தரணிகள் கோரிக்கை விடுத்தனர்.
வழக்கினை தீவிர விசாரித்த நீதிபதி வைத்தியர் ஷாபியை பிணை விடுதலை செய்தார்.
250000 ரூபா ரொக்க பிணையிலும் 2.5 மில்லியன் ரூபா நான்கு சரீர பிணையிலும் அவர் விடுவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.
குற்றச்சாட்டுக்களுக்கு போதிய ஆதாரங்கள் இல்லை என நீதிமன்றில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இதனை அடுத்து கைது செய்யப்பட்ட இரண்டு மாதங்கள் தடுத்து வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த வைத்தியர் ஷாபி இன்று பிணையில் விடுதலை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

A good news and but he needs to do is to relax freely and go some western countries to do some postgraduate studies in gynaclolgy and show the world and Sri Lanka he is top in his professional careers of medicine.

That is best option and now he needs to register for some postgraduate medical course some some reputed universities in the world ..
Money alone is not enough to survive in SL?
This would not happened he he been in any other countries in the world ?
Now he needs to think seriously if we want to work in SL..a change of place and hospital will give some relfief. But not locally but he must either migrate for work or for studies.
That will heal his emotion and his mind as well..

ReplyDeleteMr. Unknown: Dr Shafi has been released only on BAIL, he has to report to CID on every Sunday, and the investigation is still going on. Also he has to appear in court for his trials until the verdict. this is the ground situation now , so please don’t misguide our community.
ReplyDeleteBetter he has to continue his service in a hospital like Puttlam, and should be nominated as a national list MP to ensure his security.

ReplyDeleteHe must respect the rule of law ..as he had been for so; bail out is a good news .
Yes; he must clear his court case. It is my contention that as long as he is in SL.it will give a golden opportunity for all racist groups to create provocation.
We know he is innocent but; racist groups make use of this to incite violence..so; why not he for some courses in medicine that will give more time to provide more service for our community in future
