முஸ்லிம்களுக்கு எதிராக தீர்மானம் மேற்கொண்டு, அரசாங்கத்திடம் கையளிக்கவுள்ள- பொதுபலசேனா

பொதுபல சேனா அமைப்பின் ஏற்பாட்டில் எதிர்வரும் ஜுலை மாதம் 7 ஆம் திகதி ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை கண்டி - தலதா மாளிகை திடலில் பிக்குகள் மாநாடு இடம்பெறவுள்ளது.
இதில் சுமார் ஒரு இலட்சம் பொது மக்கள் மற்றும் 10 ஆயிரம் பிக்குகள் கலந்துக்கொள்ள உள்ளனர்.இலங்கையில் இஸ்லாமிய அடிப்படைவாதத்தை இல்லாதொழிக்கவும் அனைத்து இன மக்களையும் ஒரு சட்டத்திற்கு கீழ் கொண்டு வருவதுமே இந்த மாநாட்டின் முக்கிய விடயமாகமென பொதுபலசேனா தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
இந்த மாநாட்டிற்கான அஸ்கிரிய , மல்வத்து மற்றும் சியம் ஆகிய முக்கிய மூன்று பௌத்த பீடங்களின் ஆசீர்வாதம் குறித்து கேள்விகள் காணப்படுகின்றன. முஸ்லிம் மக்களின் ஆடை விவகாரம் , ஹலால் , மத்ரஷா , காதிக்கோர்ட் சட்டம் மற்றும் தௌஹீத் பள்ளிவாயல்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு விடயங்களுக்கு எதிராக தீர்மானம் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு அரசாங்கத்திடம் கையளிக்கப்பட உள்ளன.

Everybody has democratic rights to hold any type of meetings and gatherings. If an individual or a group or the Authority concern suspects that the aforesaid gatherings may disturb peace and harmony and set the citizen in fear, on complaint the Authority has rights lay conditions or suspend the gatherings for the sake of peace and harmony of the country. It’s the rule of Social Justice. Its also banned in terms of Emergency Law, if a gathering has effect disturbing the peace, no one can continue such gatherings.
