முகத்தை மூடாமல் செல்வது, நிர்வாணமாக வீதியில் செல்வது போன்றுள்ளது - முஸ்லிம் பெண்கள் வேதனை
இதனை இஸ்லாமிய மத விவகார திணைக்களத்தின் பணிப்பாளர் எம்.ஆர்.எம்.மலிக் தெரிவித்துள்ளதாக சுட்டிக்காட்டி சிங்கள ஊடகமொன்று நேற்றைய தினம் செய்தி வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
பல காலமாக முகத்தை மூடிவாறு வீதிகளில் சென்ற தமக்கு முகத்தை மூடாமல் செல்லும் போது அசௌகரியமாக இருப்பதாக அந்த பெண்கள் கூறுவதாக மலிக் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.
பல வருடங்களாக முகத்தை மூடிக்கொண்டு சென்ற தமக்கு திடீரென முகத்தை மூடாமல் செல்வது நிர்வாணமாக வீதியில் செல்வது போன்று இருப்பதாக சில பெண்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர் எனவும் மலிக் சுட்டிக்காட்டியுள்ளார்.
இதனால், புர்கா, நிகாப் அணியாமல் செல்ல பழகுவதற்கு சில காலம் செல்லும் எனவும் அதனை தவறாக கருத கூடாது என்றும் அவர் சுட்டிக்காட்டியுள்ளார்.
எவ்வாறாயினும் முகத்தை மூடுவதை தடை செய்து அரசாங்கம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள வர்த்தமானி அறிவித்தலுக்கு அமைய செயற்படுமாறு அனைத்து முஸ்லிம் பெண்களிடம் கோரிக்கை விடுப்பதாகவும் அரசாங்கம் அமுல்படுத்தும் எந்த சட்டத்தை கடைபிடிக்க முஸ்லிம் சமூகம் கடமைப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் மலிக் மேலும் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
මුහුණු ආවරණ තහනම්කරමින්රජය ගැසට් නිවේදනයක් නිකුත් කර තිබුණද එක්වරම බුර්කාව,නිකාබයවැනි පලඳනාවලින් ඉවත්වීමට නොහැකියැයි මුස්ලිම් කාන්තාවන් පවසන බව මුස්ලිම් ආගමික කටයුතු දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ අධ්යක්ෂ එම්.ආර්.එම්.මලික් මහතා සඳහන් කළේය.
බොහෝ කාලයක් තිස්සේ මුහුණු වසාගෙන මාර්ගවල ගමන් කළ තමන්ට මුහුණනිරාවරණය කරගෙන යෑම යම් අපහසුවක් දැනෙන්නේයැයි එමකාන්තාවන් පවසන බවද අධ්යක්ෂවරයා පැවසීය.
“ඇතැම් මුස්ලිම් කාන්තාවන් මා සමග ප්රකාශ කළා වසර ගණනාවක් මුහුණ වසාගෙන ගිහින් එක් වරම මුහුණ නිරාවරණය කරගෙන යාම හරියට නිරුවතින් පාරේ යනවා වගේ කියලා.
ඒනිසා බුර්කාව හා නිකාබය නොමැතිව කටයුතු කිරීමට හුරුවෙන්න එම කාන්තාවන්ට ටික කලක් ගතවේවි.එය වරදක් ලෙස නොසැලකිය යුතුයි" යනුවෙන් හෙතෙම ප්රකාශ කළේය.
කෙසේ වෙතත් මුහුණු ආවරණ තහනම් කරමින් රජය විසින් නිකුත් කර තිබෙන ගැසට් නිවේදනයට අනුව කටයුතු කරන ලෙස සියලුම මුස්ලිම් කාන්තාවන්ගෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටින බවත්,රජය පනවන ඕනෑම නීතියකට අවනතවීමට මුස්ලිම් සමාජය සූදානම් බවත් එම්.ආර්.එම්.මලික් මහතා පවසා සිටියේය.
Who gave you such a feeling? what about all those ladies among companions who did not cover their faces? what about all those pious ladies of imams who did not cover the faces? what about all those who do not cover at all now, billions of Muslim ladies in history did not cover their faces? Will Allah put them into Hell? You are really trouble makers in the name of Islam: This is nothing but Satan intruding in the name of Islamic feeling. Satan could come in the name of good Ibada too. If you do not like to live in Sri Lanka why not migrate into an Arab country without giving trouble to all ordinary Muslims. Why not chose another planet to live? Why not do not go to see Drs? Why not go out at all. It is impossible to do so? I feel sick of these so called radicals in the name of Islam. While Islamic law is rich with many opinions to suite all ages and all places why these people are stubborn about this? Think Allah will not put burden upon you? Islam is easy religion to apply. If you cover face Allah will know put you into hell as long as you are good in all deeds? what is wrong with Muslim community today. They pick up all these issues why the mere existence of Muslim community is challenged in Sri Lanka? Today, Muslim community faces some existential threat and yet, our clerics are worried about the size of their beards? about the covering of faces. About the size of the clothes? What is wrong with the minds of these clerics? Send them all home and I think this piece meal treatment of Islam has done more damage into Islam and Muslim community than any one else from outside. Think carefully where do you live? is it an Islamic land? do you have power to enforce laws? Why do not you use your common sense? Respect this country and its people. They have given us enough freedom to practice Islam. It is more than enough. Do not make trouble with your face cover. Do not make trouble with unwanted demands.

ReplyDeleteமார்க்கத்தை விட உங்கள் மன உணர்வுகளுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுக்கும் போது அந்தப் பிரச்சினை பூதாகரமாகத்தான் இருக்கும். அல்லாஹ்வுடைய கட்டளைகளுக்கும் அவனது தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்களுடைய போதனைகளுக்கும் உள்ளத்தில் முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுத்தால், அரசாங்கத்தின் கட்டளைகளும் அவ்வப்போது பல்வேறு தோற்றங்களில் உருவாகும் நிபந்தனைகளும் அற்மாகத் தோற்றமளிக்கும். அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும் அவனுடைய தூதரும் உள்ளத்தில் உரிய இடம் கொடுக்கப்படாவிட்டால் சுயகௌவரவம்,தன்மானம், தனிஉணர்வு, மனோவிருப்பம் அனைத்தும் உள்ளத்தில்மேலோங்கியிருக்கும். அப்போது முகமூடியை அகற்றுவது உண்மையில் நிர்வாணமாக நடப்பது போன்ற உணர்வுதான் வரும். ஒவ்வொருவரும் தான் செய்யும் செயல்கள் உண்மையாகவே அல்லாஹ்வுக்காக என்ற தூய எண்ணத்துடன் மேற்கொண்டால், இந்த விடயங்கள் அற்பமாகத் தோன்றும்.

ஆடை என்பது அவரவர் விருப்பத்தை பொறுத்தது. அதை இன்னொருவர் குறை கான முயலக்கூடாது.
ReplyDeleteசட்டத்துக்கு அனைவரும் கட்டுப்பட வேண்டும், அதை மறுக்க முடியாது.
அதற்காக வேண்டி முகத்தை மூடியவர்களை கேவலமாக பார்ப்பதை ஒரு முஸ்லிம் என்ற வகையில் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாது.
முகத்தை மூடக் கூடாது என்று இஸ்லாத்தில் எங்கும் தடை செய்தில்லையே........
ஏனய்யா மற்றைய சமூகத்திற்கு தம்மை நல்லவர்களாக காட்டிக்கொள்ள எமது முஸ்லிம்களை கேவலப் படுத்துகிறீர்கள்?
இப்படி செய்வதில் அந்த தீவிரவாத நாய்களுக்கும் உங்களுக்கும் என்ன வித்தியாசம்?
நான் முகத்தை மூடுவதை அனுமதிக்க மாட்டேன், அதற்காக வேண்டி அவ்வாறு செய்பவர்களை கேவலமாக பார்க்கவும் மாட்டேன், சற்று சிந்தியுங்கள்.....
In general, standards of modesty call for a woman to cover her body, particularly her chest. "draw their head-coverings over their chests" women should cover their bodies except for their face and hands.
ReplyDeleteIslam also guides that clothing must be LOOS ENOUGH so as not to outline or distinguish the shape of the body. Skin-tight, body-hugging clothes are discouraged for both men and women.
The clothing must be thick enough so that the color of the skin it covers is not visible, nor the shape of the body underneath. NOT ONLY ISLAMIC WOMEN any man and women can follow this rules if they wish.
No need to be covered by the particular way. Different County has different way to practice and according to their culture. Basically cover yourself by basic rules of Islam saying. Even you can wear any cloths you want to according to this rules. It’s all depends HOW YOU WEARING. Think about back in the days in Srilanka, How was our Grandparents dress code? I still remember how my grandma wear saree to cover her all body.
