Ragging doesn’t take place against any particular race or religion. It is a practice by senior university students against the freshers. This practice is outlawed in SL, so condemn the practice in general without mentioning religion or race. Your title needs change.

Every human has the right to enjoy their educational life.. But not to interfere into the life of others to the extend some times it leads for killing and suicidal cases.
