முஸ்லிம் நாடுகளின் அமைச்சர்கள் மற்றும் சிரேஷ்ட புத்திஜீவிகளின் பங்குபற்றுதலுடன் உலக முஸ்லிம் லீக்கின் அதியுயர் சபை 43 ஆவது கூட்டத்தொடர் மக்காவில் நடைபெற்றது.
சவூதி அரேபியாவின் பாதுகாப்பும் ஸ்திரத்தன்மையும் முஸ்லிம் உலகின் காவலரண்களாகும் எனத் தெரிவித்து சவூதி அரேபிய தலைமைத்துவம் மற்றும் மக்களின் மீதான நம்பிக்கையினை சபை வெளிப்படுத்தியதோடு சவூதி அரேபியாவை இலக்கு வைக்க மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் முயற்சிகளையும் கண்டித்தது.
முஸ்லிம் உலகில் சவூதி அரேபியாவின் முன்னோடியான வகிபாகம், அதன் மதரீதியான முக்கியத்துவம், சர்வதேச பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் அமைதி முயற்சிகளுக்கு ஆதரவளிக்கும் அதன் வரலாறு மற்றும் தீவிரவாதம் மற்றும் பயங்கரவாதத்திற்கு எதிராக அதன் போராட்டம் ஆகியவற்றை சபை பாராட்டியது.
முஸ்லிம்களின் புனிதத்தன்மைக்காக அதன் கவனம் தொடர்பில் உண்மையானதும் உறுதியானதுமான நம்பிக்கை காரணமாக முஸ்லிம்கள் மனதில் சவூதி அரேபியா உன்னத இடத்தினைப் பிடித்துள்ளது எனவும் அச்சபை தெரிவித்துள்ளது. சவூதி அரேபியாவின் ஸ்திரத்தன்மையினை இலக்கு வைக்கப்படும் செயற்பாடுகள் சர்வதேச ஸ்திரத்தன்மையினைப் பாதிக்கும் எனவும் அது தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
பலஸ்தீன விவகாரம், சிரியா மற்றும் யெமனில் நடைபெற்றுவரும் விடயங்கள், மியன்மாரின் ரோஹிங்ய மக்களுக்கு எதிரான கொடூரங்கள், அல்கைதா, ஐ.எஸ் போன்ற தீவிரவாதக் குழுக்களுக்கு எதிரான போராட்டங்கள் மற்றும் பல்வேறு மதங்கள் மற்றும் கலாசாரங்களைப் பின்பற்றுவோருக்கிடையேயான உரையாடல்களை மேம்படுத்துவதன் முக்கியத்துவம் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு விடயங்களை சபை ஆராய்ந்தது.
முஸ்லிமல்லாத நாடுகளில் முஸ்லிம் சிறுபான்மையினரின் நல்வாழ்வு தொடர்பில் ஆராயப்பட்டது. இஸ்லாத்திற்கு எதிரான செயற்பாடுகள் தொடர்பிலும் கவலை வெளியிடப்பட்டதோடு சமாதானமான சகவாழ்வுக்கு கோரிக்கையும் விடுக்கப்பட்டது.
இவ்வாறான நாடுகளில் வாழும் முஸ்லிம்கள் தமது பிள்ளைகளுக்கு கல்வியூட்டும் நடவடிக்கையினை பூரணமாக நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும். பயங்கரவாதத்திற்கும் தீவிரவாதத்திற்கும் சமயத்தை பகடைக்காயாகப் பயன்படுத்தும் வேறுபட்ட கொள்கைகள் மற்றும் குழுக்களிடமிருந்து அவர்களைப் பாதுகாக்க வேண்டும் எனவும் சபை வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்தது.
இவ்வாறான நாடுகளில் வாழும் முஸ்லிம்கள் தமது நியாயமான சமய, கலாசார உரிமைகளை அனுபவிப்பதற்கும், சமூக அபிவிருத்திக்குப் பங்களிப்புச் செய்வதற்கும், ஸ்திரத்தன்மை மற்றும் நல்லிணக்கத்திற்கு பங்களிப்புச் செய்வதற்கும் சட்டரீதியான வழிமுறைகளைக் கையாள வேண்டும் எனவும் சபை வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்தது.
உலக முஸ்லிம் லீக்கின் முயற்சிகள் மற்றும் செல்வாக்குமிக்க தளங்களில் விசேடமாக மேற்கில் சர்வதேச பிரசன்னத்தை சபை பாராட்டியது.
இஸ்லாத்திற்கு எதிரான செயற்பாடுகள் பல்கலாசார சமூகங்களிடையே பாரதூரமான பிளவுகளை ஏற்படுத்துவதோடு சமமான குடியுரிமை அடிப்படையிலான சமூகப் பிணைப்பிலும் பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்துகிறது எனவும் சபை தெரிவித்தது.
இஸ்லாம் மற்றும் அதன் விழுமியங்களின் உண்மைத்தன்மையை வெளிக்கொணரும் வகையிலான, முஸ்லிம் சிறுபான்மையினரிடையே புத்திஜீவித்துவத்தன்மை, சமய வழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் சகிப்புத்தன்மை, மிதவாதம் மற்றும் சமாதானத்தின் பெறுமானத்தை பரப்புதல் என்பனவற்றிற்காக உலக முஸ்லிம் லீக்கின் நிகழ்ச்சித் திட்டங்களுக்கும் செயற்பாடுகளுக்கும் சபை தனது முழுமையான ஆதரவை தெரிவித்தது.

முஸ்லிம் உலகத்திற்கும் அமெரிக்காவுக்கும் இடையே கலாச்சார நல்லிணக்கம் தொடர்பான மாநாட்டிற்கு ஆதரவளிக்கும் ஒரு செயற்பாடாக கலாசாரப் பரிமாற்றத்திற்கான சர்வதேச மத்திய நிலையம் ஒன்றை அமைப்பதற்கும் அதியுயர் சபை அங்கீகாரம் வழங்கியது.
கிழக்கிற்கும் மேற்கிற்கும் இடையேயான உறவினைக் கட்டியெழுப்புதல், ஒத்துழைப்பு, கலாசாரப் பரிமாற்றம் மற்றும் உடன்பாட்டு விழுமியங்கள் போன்றவற்றின் முக்கியத்துவத்தையும் சபை வலியுறுத்தியது.
உலகில் சமாதானத்தையும் அமைதியையும் ஏற்படுத்துவதற்கு எமது கொள்கைகளில் பத்து வீதமானவை மாத்திரம் போதுமானவையாகும் என உலக முஸ்லிம் லீக்கின் செயலாளர் நாயகம் செய்க் மொஹமட் பின் அப்துல் கரீம் அல்-இஸ்ஸா தெரிவித்தார்.
இவை எல்லாம் நன்றாகத்தான் தெரிகிறது. ஆனால் தனது கருத்துக்கு முரண்படும் தன் நாட்டு மகனைச்சித்திரவதை செய்து கொலை செய்யுமாறு எந்த குர்ஆன், ஹதீஸ் கூறுகின்றது. அதை யாராவது எதிர்த்தால் அது சவுதி அரேபியாவுக்கு எதிரான சதி அல்லது சூழ்ச்சி என பொருள்படுமா? அதுபற்றி மேலே உள்ள அறிஞர்களிடம் நாம் விடுக்கும் ஒரு முக்கியமான கேள்வி.

Can you please list one good thing done by Saudies to their neighbours — forget about wider Muslim world. One border, they have blockaded Qatar and Yemen 🇾🇪 facing world’s worst humanitarian crisis.

The fifth Greater Sin is the murder of that person whose execution has not been ordered by Allah (S.w.T.) and the Holy Prophet (S). Traditions which confirm that murder is a Greater Sin have already been mentioned at the beginning. Moreover the verses of the Holy Qur’an mention clearly the Divine punishment for the murderers.
“And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his punishment is Hell; he shall abide in it, and Allah will send His wrath on him and curse him and prepare for him a painful chastisement.” (Surah an-Nisā’ 4:93)
Islam and teaching of prophert lead the world by examplary characters. What moral disorder the Muslim Ummah faces nowadays all because of love of this temporary life.
It's indeed a great joke to say that Saudi safeguards the Muslim world. Only the frog in well will say this. Saudi has done nothing to protect Muslims in war tone areas ,instead it's killing thousands of innocents in Yemen including children and women. Some Saudi supporters who work for its money blindly support Saudi.

Saudi's denied it at first, since turkey started to unearth the truth, finally they've admitted killing Jamal with a cover story with so much loopholes more than the holes in a fish net. MbS is a pet of Jerald Kushner. It's nothing but a curse to have him in an influential role in the ME. They are by no mean examples of how a Islamic ruler should be. they are the opposite.

Let's see how many those 18 looses their heads for killing Jamal, as it happened to the poor maid from Sri Lanka and many others. I will not be surprised if his son from previous marriage who lives in Saudi (made to) forgive those killers.
Yemen killing are mainly from Hoothies, who broke the peaceful life in Yemen with the help of IRAN by fighting legally existed government.

But it is sad to see,, some of our Muslim brothers trying to Destroy KSA in totality and expect the international law to be applied over this issue. If they are truly practicing Muslim, they should say, Sharia law should be applied and Allah will be enough for this... But unfortunately they are too emotional and expect to Destroy the image of a Muslim country which has catered millions of JOBS to many people in our country, among our relatives till today.
Dear Brothers stop this hate campaign if your love Muslim lands. Ask Allah to guide the Muslim Rulers and People. Do not try to welcome Kuffar laws to punish our Muslim Rulers and people and create ways for Kuffar countries to invade our lands to destroy it as happening around the world.

first of all Bro Rasheed should come out of the well and then study what exactly happened. There exist enough legal charges against Fethullah by Turkey on orchestrating coup in Turkey and preaching a reinvented Islam. JamalK is prominent a journalist who even reported from Afganistan during Russian invasion. There is no known legal charges against him as in the case of Fethullah.

Many royal family members who have difference of opinion were abducted in the past from various parts of the world, some have re-emerged in Saudi after long confinements, some have vanished. Jamal wasn't a royal and hence they just ordered a killing, one killer named Madani acted as body double and roamed around Istanbul in Jamal's dresses just to create a diversion. this all shows that this is a well planned premeditated murder. Don't defend & white wash the killers in the name of Islam, which is a shame.

Umar on obeying the Muslim Ruler
Suwayd b. Ghaflah reports that ‘Umar b. Al-Khattāb – Allāh be pleased with him – once took him by the hand and said:
O Abū Umayah, by Allāh, I know not if we will meet again after today. Fear and obey Allāh your Lord until the Day of Resurrection, as if you see Him, and obey the ruler (imām) even if he is a cut-nosed Abyssinian slave: if he beats you, be patient; if he robs you, be patient and if he belittles you, be patient. And if he tells you [to do something] to the detriment of your religion (to sin), say: “I hear and obey, [but] my blood goes before my religion.” Never leave the Main Muslim Body (Al-Jamā’ah).
Ibn Zanjawayh, Kitāb Al-Amwāl article 30; Ibn Abī Zamanīn, Uṣūl Al-Sunnah article 205 with a slight variation in wording. Also recorded in other collections.
THE TYRANNY OF THE RULERS IS NOT A REASON FOR REBELLION

Dear Brothers Read the Hadees of Rasoolullah below.
1.
“There will appear after me rulers, they will not guide by my guidance, and they will not establish my Sunnah; there will be amongst them men whose hearts will be hearts of devils in the bodies of men!” He was asked: “How should I behave, O Messenger of Allāh, if I reach that time?” He replied: “Hear and obey the Amīr (i.e. the ruler), even if he beats your back and [illegally] takes your wealth – hear and obey!” [Muslim in the Sahīh, Book of Rulership.]

In another authentic tradition, the Messenger (salallaahu ‘alaihi wassallam) stated:
“Hear and obey the ruler in that which is difficult for you and in that which is easy for you, in times of invigoration and in times of dislike and weariness and when others are given preferential treatment over you – even if they take and consume your wealth and they beat your back – except that you do not obey them if it involves disobedience to Allāh.” [ Ibn Hibbān in his Sahīh, no. 4562, ]
For this reason he did not grant permission for rebelling against the leaders with the use of one’s hand due to the greatness of what results afterwards on account of it.

Hasan al-Basrī (rah) (110H) was a great scholar of the first Islamic century and there is no dispute regarding his credentials and immense knowledge. Ibn Saʿd relates:
“A group of Muslims came to al-Hasan al-Basrī seeking a verdict to rebel against al-Hajjāj [13] (a tyrannical and despotic general). So they said, “O Abu Saʿīd! What do you say about fighting this oppressor who has unlawfully spilt blood and unlawfully taken wealth and has done this and done that?” So al-Hasan said, “I hold that he should not be fought. If this is a punishment from Allāh, then you will not be able to remove it with your swords. If this is a trial from Allāh, then be patient until Allāh’s judgement comes, and He is the best of judges.” So they left al-Hasan, disagreed with him and rebelled against al-Hajjāj – so al-Hajjāj killed them all. Al-Hasan used to say, “If the people had patience when they are being tested by their unjust ruler, it will not be long before Allāh will give them a way out. However, they always rush for their swords, so they are left with their swords. By Allāh! Not even for a single day did they bring about any good.” [Tabaqāt al-Kubrā (7/163-165)]
After reading the words of the noble Prophet and the commentaries of the righteous scholars, one naturally comes to the conclusion that rebellions, assassinations are all against the teachings of Islām.
However, the bar set by the legislation is high as the Prophet (salallaahu ‘alaihi wassallam) stated that removing the ruler is not permitted, “unless you see clear open disbelief for which you have evidence from Allāh.” [Al-Bukhārī in his Sahīh.]
Also ..
The great Imām al-Barbahārī (died 329H, rahimhaullaah) stated the position and consensus of the Muslims towards their rulers:
“If you find a man making supplication against the ruler, know that he is a person of innovation (deviation). If you find a person making supplication for the ruler to be upright, know that he is a person of the Sunnah, if Allāh wills.
Allah Knows the best.

It is up to you whether to respect their saying and accept it OR give preference to your Emotional feelings and hate due to you attachment toward a group in the name of Islam.
