ஞானசாரருக்கான தண்டனை பாரதூரமானது - மகிந்த சீற்றம்
ஞானசார தேரருக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட தண்டனை குறித்து சிக்கல் உள்ளதாகவும், அத்தண்டனை பாரதூரமானது என்றே கருதுவதாகவும், நீதிமன்றத்தின் நடவடிக்கைகளை மக்கள் நன்கு அவதானித்துக் கொண்டிருப்பதாகவும் முன்னாள் ஜனாதிபதி மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ஷ தெரிவித்தார்.
பத்தரமுல்லையிலுள்ள அபேகம வளாகத்தில் இடம்பெற்ற நிகழ்வொன்றின் பின்னர் ஊடகங்களிடம் கருத்துத் தெரிவிக்கையில் அவர் இதனைக் கூறினார்.
ஞானசார தேரருக்கு எதிரான தீர்ப்பை அவசியம் மேன்முறையீடு செய்ய வேண்டும் எனவும் அவர் மேலும் குறிப்பிட்டார்.
What is the meaning of it? Is he supporting Gnanasara theros activities? In a humanitarian ground for a sick person president can pardon him. But, why Mahinda criticizing the judicial system? Anyone can answer????
ReplyDeleteSo shiranee bandaranaike case was not serious. Helping hambantota case was not serious. Naganada's election petition case was swept under the carpet was serious. Namals' law entrance exam case was not serious Only Galagoda Hamudro's case is of serious concern.
ReplyDeleteஞானசாரவின் தண்டனை பார தூர மென்றால், இலங்கை குற்றவியல் சட்டக் கோவைகள் அனைத்தும் பொய் என மஹிந்த கூறுகிறாரா?
ReplyDeleteஅல்லது நீதிகள் வழங்கிய குற்றவியல் சட்டக் கோவைக்கேற்ற தண்டனை பிழை என்பதே மஹிந்தவின் கூற்று. இந்த இடத்தில் மஹிந்த நீதிமன்றத்தை நீதிபதிகளை அவமதிக்கிறார் என்பது உறுதியாகிறது மட்டுமல்ல அவருடைய ஆட்சியிலும் உயர் நீதிமன்ற நீதியரசரை அவர் அவமதித்தார் என்பது யாவரும் அறிந்தது.
அந்த வகையில் நீதி மன்ற அவமதிப்பு குற்றம் மஹிந்தவின் மீதும் சாட்டப்பட வேண்டும். அதற்கான தண்டனையும் மஹிந்தவிற்கு வழங்கப்படவேண்டும்.
His words should be treated as "contempt of court". Can anyone file a case agianst him??????
ReplyDeleteContempt of court is a major offense. The sentencing of the Monk was a challenge for the entire legal machinery of Sri Lanka and whole of Sri Lanka was looking forward to the action taken. Mahinda's criticism clearly shows his support for the Monk, no matter how bad he behaves.

ReplyDeleteதுவேசக்கிருக்கன்கள் இப்போது நீதிமன்றத்தின் கட்டளைகளையும் விமர்சிக்கத் தொடங்கிவிட்டார்கள்.இந்த தீர்ப்பில் யாரும் கருத்துத் தெரிவிப்பதும் விமர்சிப்பதும் நாட்டின் சுதந்திரமான நீதியில் தலையீடு செய்வதாகக் கொண்டு சுதந்திரமான நீதி அவர்களுக்கு எதிராகச் செயற்பட வேண்டும்.
