முஸ்லிம் கட்சிகள், இனத்தை விற்று அரசியல் செய்யக்கூடாது - இது பைசரின் உபதேசம்
மாகாண சபைத் தேர்தல் புதிய முறைமையை நான் எதிர்க்கவில்லை. மாகாண சபைத் தேர்தல் தொகுதி எல்லை நிர்ணய அறிக்கையையே நான் எதிர்த்தேன். தொடர்ந்தும் புதிய தேர்தல் முறைமையையே ஆதரிக்கிறேன். எல்லை நிர்ணய அறிக்கையை சமர்ப்பித்து அதை நான் எதிர்த்ததாகவும், அதனால் நான் பதவி விலக வேண்டும் என்றும் சிலர் கூறுகிறார்கள். எல்லை நிர்ணய அறிக்கை நான் தயாரித்தது அல்ல. அந்த அறிக்கைக்கும் எனக்கும் தொடர்பில்லை என மாகாண சபைகள், உள்ளூராட்சி மற்றும் விளையாட்டுத்துறை அமைச்சர் பைசர் முஸ்தபா தெரிவித்தார்.
மாகாண சபைகள் மற்றும் உள்ளூராட்சி அமைச்சின் கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் நேற்று இடம்பெற்ற ஊடகவியலாளர் மாநாட்டில் கலந்துகொண்டு உரையாற்றுகையிலேயே அவர் இவ்வாறு கூறினார்.
அவர் தொடர்ந்தும் உரையாற்றுகையில் தெரிவித்ததாவது;
“2015 ஆம் ஆண்டு தேர்தலின்போது ஜனாதிபதியும் பிரதமரும் விருப்பு வாக்கு முறையை இல்லாமற் செய்து தொகுதிவாரியான கலப்பு தேர்தல் முறைமையை அறிமுகப்படுத்துவதாக உறுதியளித்தார்கள். அந்த உறுதியே நடைமுறைக்கு வந்துள்ளது.
சிறுபான்மைக் கட்சிகள் குறிப்பாக முஸ்லிம் அரசியல் கட்சிகள் புதிய தேர்தல் முறைமையை எதிர்க்கின்றன. முஸ்லிம் கட்சிகள் தனியாக போட்டியிட்டால் பிரதிநிதித்துவம் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாது என்பதால் பெரும்பான்மைக் கட்சிகளின் மிதிபலகையில் ஏறி அரசியல் செய்கின்றன. இனத்தை விற்று அரசியல் செய்ய வேண்டாம் என நான் அவர்களைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.
மாகாண சபை தொகுதி எல்லை நிர்ணயத்தில் குறைபாடுகள் இருக்கின்றன. அந்தக் குறைபாடுகளை நிவர்த்தி செய்துகொள்ள முடியும். அதற்காகவே பிரதமர் தலைமையில் குழுவொன்று நியமிக்கப்படவுள்ளது. அக்குழுவுக்கு குறைபாடுகளை முறையிட்டு தீர்த்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.
எல்லை நிர்ணய அறிக்கையை நான் ஒரு காரணத்திற்காகவே எதிர்த்தேன். பல் தொகுதி உருவாக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்று விதியில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருந்தாலும் எந்தவொரு பல் தொகுதியும் உருவாக்கப்படவில்லை. இது சிறுபான்மையினருக்கு இழைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அநீதியாகும்.
மாகாண சபைத் தேர்தல் தொகுதி எல்லை நிர்ணய அறிக்கை குறிப்பிட்ட குழுவினால் என்னிடம் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டதும் அரசியல் கட்சிகளின் தலைவர்களினது கருத்துகளையும் பெற்றுக்கொண்டு அவற்றை உள்ளடக்குவது தொடர்பில் ஆலோசனை கோரினேன். ஆனால் குழு அதற்கு இணக்கம் தெரிவிக்கவில்லை. எல்லை நிர்ணய ஆணைக்குழு மீது எனக்கு எந்த அதிகாரமுமில்லை.
எனக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டிருந்த சட்ட வரம்புகளின்படி அறிக்கை கிடைத்து 14 நாட்களுக்குள் பாராளுமன்றில் சமர்ப்பித்தேன். (மார்ச் 2 ஆம் திகதி) பின்பு மார்ச் 21 இல் விவாதத்துக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது என்றாலும் அரசியல் கட்சிகள் விவாதத்துக்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்வதைத் தடுத்து கலந்துரையாடல்களை நடத்துவதாகத் தெரிவித்தன.
ஆனால் 6 மாதங்களாக கட்சித் தலைவர்கள் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தியும் பலன் ஏற்படவில்லை. இதனையடுத்தே கடந்த 24 ஆம் திகதி அறிக்கை விவாதத்திற்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. இன்று எனக்கு எதிராக பலர் விரல் நீட்டுகிறார்கள்” என்றார்.
Yes you are 100% correct.There should never be a communal politics which brought destruction to Muslims than benefit.It is Muslim congress and Ashraff brought communal politics which paved the way to emerge dangerous anti Muslim parties such as BBS,Hela Urumaya and rawana Balaya.
ReplyDeleteBefore Muslim congress we had all the rights But now we are loosing one by one.Mr. Ashraff is not great leader because great leaders have vision to see the future but he could not see the impending destruction because of his action.He understood it too late and after the damage is done.So soon after he felt,change the name to secular party.Now it is all over and we are in danger.
Another factor which Mr. Ashraff failed to notice is that SLFP is formed on the basis of anti minority and racist party which he resuscitated by allying with With Chandrika.Had not Ashraff supported SLFP that anti Muslim party would not have consolidate their power and present anti Muslim leaders such as Srisena,Gothabaya and Mahinda would have been nothing.
If he acted neutrally without allying with any party and ministerial post as do Tamil parties fight for only their right not for the post,there would not have been such dangerous situation as of now for Muslims.
So Muslims must go for all out war against Vote businessman that Ashraff brought that Mr. Hakeem and his party that doing business with Muslims votes and finish communal politics.
Dear Imthiyas you cannot put the whole blame to Ashraff. Please read the history. SL Muslim have been attacked since 1948 before SLMC born.
ReplyDeleteAnagariga Darmapal he put the seeds for anti Muslim policy in Sri Lanka and Banda he installed the Sinhala only phenomena. And the subsequent addition of JHU and his leader Champika are big devil on the soil of Sri Lanka.
The worst scenario is some Mushroom Muslim politicians came to do politics, all these facts, including the defeat of LTT fuel the current anti Muslim sensation.
Please don't just blame Ashraff, also I am not the supporter of SLMC.

ReplyDeleteThe Sri Lanka Muslim Community and its POLITICIANS should stand before a “MIRROR” and ask the question WHY? Let us face REALITY and the TRUTH (YATHAARTHAM).
1. We Muslims are known for NOT leading the Muslim (Islamic Way of Life) bestowed by our belief and FAITH.
2. We are (especially) the POLITICIANS) are NOT UNITED.
3. We (especially the POLITICIANS) are DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, SELFISH and CROOKED.
4. Our dealings are NOT CLEAN with other Communities.
5. We have BETRAYED the political leaders of the country who are so much loved by the MAJORITY SINHALA PEOPLE.
6. We are ARROGANT and EXTRAVAGANT in our day to day life.
7. We are SELF CENTERED and NOT COMMUNITY MIMDED.
8. WE are OPPRTUNISTIC, especially in POLITICS. Our Muslim Politicians have back-stabbed the most loved Sinhala leaders like the former President after STOOGING to him and his siblings and politically destroyed them which the Buddhist, especially the Monks despite.
9. We will “buy” anyone by our ill earned money power to get our things done, even against our community and its members.
10. We practice the CULTURE of SMUGGLING and dealing in DRUGS as normal business though it is banned in ISLAM, and we think going to Mecca (making UMMRAH) purifies us from those SINS.
Good for Minister Faizer Musthapa. I feel sorry for the MOST deceptive, unscrupulous and arrogant Muslim politician who has turned out to be a joker in parliament and to the media when it comes PROVINCIAL ELECTIONS THIS TIME. Now Faizer Musthapa has gained enough political sins to be thrown into hell, Insha Allah. By the way - you all must be knowing what a "chameleon" is? THAT IS FAIZER MUSTHAPA.
