பொன்சேக்காவுக்கு "அதை" கொடுக்காதீர்கள் - ஜனாதிபதியிடம் கெஞ்சும் பிக்குகள்
சட்டம் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கு அமைச்சை அரசாங்கத்தில் இருக்கும் எவருக்கு கொடுத்தாலும், சரத் பொன்சேகாவுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டாம் என பிக்குகள் சிலர் ஜனாதிபதியிடம் வலிறுத்தியுள்ளதாக தெரியவருகிறது.
முன்னாள் ஜனாதிபதியின் அரசியல் விவகாரங்களில் உதவி வரும் பிக்குகள் சிலர், ஜனாதிபதியின் ஆலோசகர்கள் மற்றும் அவரது குடும்பத்திற்கு நெருக்கமானவர்கள் மூலம் இந்த விடயத்தினை ஜனாதிபதிக்கு தெரியப்படுத்தியுள்ளதாக தகவல்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.
இவர்களில் கோத்தபாய ராஜபக்சவின் எளிய அமைப்பு மற்றும் விமல் வீரவங்சவின் இராவணா பலய அமைப்பு உட்பட அமைப்புகளின் பிக்குகள் அடங்குவதாக கூறப்படுகிறது.
ஜனாதிபதிக்கு இடையில் அரசியல் பகை இருந்தாலும் சரத் பொன்சேகாவுக்கு சட்டம் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கு அமைச்சு வழங்கப்பட்டால், மகிந்த ராஜபக்ச குடும்பத்தினர் உட்பட சுதந்திரக் கட்சி, ஐக்கிய மக்கள் சுதந்திர முன்னணி ஆகியவற்றை சேர்ந்த சிலரது குடும்பங்கள் பழிவாங்கப்படலாம் எனவும், இவர்கள் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட குற்றச்சாட்டுக்கள் அடங்கிய கோப்புகள் பொலிஸ் நிதி மோசடி விசாரணைப் பிரிவினரிடம் இருப்பதாகவும் பிக்குகள், ஜனாதிபதிக்கு நெருக்கமான தரப்பினரிடம் சுட்டிக்காட்டியுள்ளனர்.
அத்துடன் முன்னாள் ஜனாதிபதி மகிந்த ராஜபக்ச தனது அரசியல் எதிரிகளிடம் எப்படி நடந்து கொண்டாலும் அவர்களின் குடும்பங்களை பழிவாங்கவில்லை. எதிர்காலத்திலும் அவரது அந்த நிலைப்பாட்டில் மாற்றம் இருக்காது என்பதற்கு தாம் பொறுப்பு எனவும் பிக்குமார் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளனர்.
ஐக்கிய தேசியக் கட்சியின் அமைச்சர்களின் பட்டியல் கடந்த 22 ஆம் திகதி ஜனாதிபதியிடம் கையளிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. அதில் சட்டம் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கு அமைச்சு சரத் பொன்சேகாவுக்கு வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்று பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.
இந்த தகவல் அரசியல் வட்டாரத்தில் பரவியதையடுத்து, பிக்குகள் சிலர் ஜனாதிபதி தரப்புடன் தொடர்பு கொண்டு இதனை தெரியப்படுத்தியுள்ளனர்.
ஜனாதிபதி, அமைச்சுக்களை ஒதுக்கும் விடயம் தொடர்பில் இதுவரை இறுதி முடிவுகளை எடுக்கவில்லை எனவும் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட விடயம் குறித்து ஜனாதிபதியின் கவனத்திற்கு கொண்டு வருவதாகவும் ஜனாதிபதி தரப்பு பிக்குமாருக்கு அறிவித்துள்ளது.
சட்டம் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கு அமைச்சை ஜனாதிபதி தனது கட்டுப்பாட்டில் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும் என்று மேற்படி பிக்குகள் கருதுவதாக தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.
இதனிடையே சட்டம் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கு அமைச்சு பிரதமர் ரணில் விக்ரமசிங்கவின் கட்டுப்பாட்டின் கீழ் கொண்டு வரப்பட உள்ளதாக உறுதிப்படுத்தப்படாத தகவல்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.
The Buddhist monk who was pushing to get Sarath Fonseka the post of Minister of Law and Order was Amila Thero . Ven. Amila was addressing the media at the Center for Society and Religion (CSR), Maradana onFebruary 15th., 2018 (Island Newspapaer – 15.02.2018) in the wake of Law and Order Minister Sagala Ratnayake declaring his intention to give up his portfolios wanted Sarath Fonseka to be appointed as the Minister of Law and Order. Among those flanking Ven. Amila were Executive Director of Center for Policy Alternatives Dr. Paikiasothy Saravanamuttu, Nimalka Fernando, Chameera Perera and Saman Ratnapriya. These are the darlings of the Muslim Civil Society groups, Muslim Council of Sri Lanka, National Soora Counci anf the ACJU and the Muslim Media Association. It is also on public record that Rauf Hakeem denounced Sarath Fonseka’s statement then, but supported Sarath Fonseka’s candidature of the UNP camp for Presidency in 2010.

We being the majority of the country (75 per cent), we will never give in and we have the right to protect this country. They can live in this country with us. But they must not try to, under the pretext of being a minority, demand undue things,' Lt Gen Sarath Fonseka, told this in an interview with Canadian magazine National Post on September 23, 2008.Unquote.
JUST IMAGINE IF THIS FELLOW WILL BECOME THE MINISTER OF NEW LAW AND ORDER IN THE COUNTRY? The Minorities, especially those living in the Sinhalese areas should be very careful and VIGILANT, Insha Allah. This is the Yahapalana Government our Muslim Politicians have been supporting since 2015 till to date for their selfish reasons. The Muslims have to use their VOTE BANKS properly to DEFEND ourselves, in the coming elections – the PC and General elections. A NEW POLITICAL FORCE within the Muslim Community should arise by then, Insha Allah.
