இலங்கை - கட்டார் முக்கியமான பேச்சு, உறவுகளை வலுப்படுத்த இணக்கம்

இலங்கை மற்றும் கட்டாருக்கு இடையிலான உறவுகளை பலப்படுத்துவது குறித்த முக்கியமான பேச்சுவார்த்தைகள் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன.

டோஹாவில் நேற்று இந்தப் பேச்சுவார்த்தைகள் இடம்பெற்றதாக அந்நாட்டு ஊடகங்களை மேற்கோள்காட்டி செய்திகள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன.

இதேவேளை, கட்டார் வெளிவிவகார அமைச்சர் Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thaniயும் வெளிவிவகார அமைச்சர் ரவி கருணாநாயக்கவும் நேற்று சந்தித்து இரு தரப்பு உறவுகள் குறித்து பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தியுள்ளனர்.

H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met Ravi Karunanayake, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka, and his accompanying delegation at Al Bahr Palace, yesterday. The meeting reviewed relations between the two countries and means of enhancing and promoting them in all fields, especially in the political areas and economic partnership. Talks also dealt with the latest regional and international developments, mainly the Gulf crisis. The Sri Lankan Minister stressed his country's stance to resolve the crisis through constructive dialogue.
