இனவாத கருத்துக்களை பரப்பிய டன் பிரசாத் கடும் நிபந்தணைகளுடன் பிணையில் விடுதலை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

மூத்த சட்டத்தரணி சிராஸ் நூர்த்தீன் உள்ளிட்ட சட்டத்தரணிகள் நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஆஜராகியிருந்ததுடன், இதுபோன்ற சம்பவங்கள் இனிமேல் நடைபெறக்கூடாது எனவும் வாதிட்டனர்.

Suresh Prasad alias Dan Priyasath relased on strict Bail Condition.

Dan Prasad pleaded to court of goof behaviour and undertook that he will not repeat the same offence again in future.

Fort Police did noy object for bail and CCD was not present in Courts.

Maithree Gunaratne with Deemani Beddewala and RRT Lawyers emphasised to court of grave nature of the offenses that suspect has committed and moved for strict conditions on bail if court is inclined.

Magistrate realesed suspect on Rs.200000/- surety bail and imposed a condition that if any offences reported to any police of same behaviour he has to remain in prison till the end of trial of this case.
