சட்டத்தரணி யாரும் ஆஜராகவில்லை, டன் பிரசாத்தின் விளக்கமறியல் டிசம்பருக்கு நீடிப்பு

இனவாதம் பேசியதற்காக கைது செய்யபட்டு விளக்கமறியலில் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள டன் பிரசாத்தின் விளக்கமறயில் எதிர்வரும் டிசம்பர் மாதம் 2 ஆம் திகதிவரை நீடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Case against Suresh Prasad alias Dan Priyasath was heard. CCD informed courts that he has committed many similar offences and neeed to take further statment from him.

Maithree Gunaratne, Deemani Beddewala and Shiraz Noordeen appeared for the  virtual complainant.

Maithree Gunaratne moved courts to send the suspect to Mental health Intitute since to his speeches and remarks against other religion are redicilous and intolerable.

No lawyer apeared for the suspect but arrived late after case was over.

Despite our no objection for bail on very strict conditions, Hon. Judge remanded Don Prasad till 2nd December.
