முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரஸில், புஸ்வானமான பசீர் சேகுதாவூத்

ஹசன் அலியிடம் ஆயுதங்கள் இல்லை.., ஆன போதும் தாக்கினாய்.,.. ஆனதினால் நான் ஆயுதமாகின்றேன். இவ்வாறு நான் சொல்லவில்லை சிறீலங்கா முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரசின் தவிசாளரும் முன்னாள் அமைச்சருமான பசீர் சேகுதாவூதினை ஆறு மாதங்களுக்கு முன்னர் நான் சந்தித்த வேலையில் தனது அடுத்த கட்ட நடவடிக்கை கட்சிக்குள் எவ்வாறு இருக்க போகின்றது என்பது சம்பந்தமாக உரையாடிய வேலையில் தான் ஒரு போராட்ட வீரன் என்ற அடிப்படையில் தன்னிடம் கூறிய கருத்தே மேற்சொன்ன கருத்தாகும்.
ஆனால் இன்று 23.08.2016 செவ்வாய் கிழமை சிறீலங்கா முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரசின் தலைமை காரியாலையமான தாருஸ்ஸலாமில் இடம் பெற்ற கட்சியின் உயர் பீட கூட்டத்தில் தலைமையின் வேண்டுகோளினையும் உயர் பீட உறுப்பினர்கள் புறக்கணித்து தவிசாளர் பசீர் சேகுதாவூத்தினை பேச விடாது வாய்க்கட்டு போட்டமையினை பார்க்கும் பொழுது பாலகுமார் வளர்த்து உறுவாக்கிய போராட்ட வீரன் பசீர் சேகுதாவூத் எப்பொழுது முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரஸ் தலைமைக்கு எதிராக ஆயுதமாக மாற போகின்றார் என்பது பகற்கனவாக மாறியதை அவதானிக்க கூடியதாக இருந்தது.
உயர் பீட கூட்டத்தில் உள்ளூராட்சி மன்ற விடயங்கள் பாராளுமன்ற மறு சீரமைப்பு விடயங்கள், கட்சியின் யாப்பு மாற்றம், கட்சியின் கிளைகள் புணரமைப்பு தொடர்பான விடயங்கள் ஆராயப்பட்டு அதன் பின்னர் தலைவர் ஹக்கீம், நிசாம் காரியப்பர், சபீக் ரஜாப்டீன், ஹாபிஸ் நசீர் அஹமட், பாயிஸ் போன்றோர்களால் தாருஸ்ஸலாம் தொடர்பான கணக்கறிக்கை முன்வைக்கப்பட்டது.
இந்த நிலையிலே கட்சியின் தலைவரினால் எவருக்கும் கணக்கறிக்கையில் ஏதாவது சந்தேகங்கள் இருக்கின்றதா என வினவப்பட்ட பொழுது கட்சியின் தவிசாளர் பசீர் சேகுதாவூத் தன்னால் முன்வைக்கப்பட்ட கேள்விகளுக்கு தலைவர் சரியான பதிலினை தரவில்லை என கூறிய வேலையில் அங்கிருந்த உயர் பீட உறுப்பினர்களான தவம், பழீல், மன்சூர், லாஹிர் உட்பட மற்றும் பலர் பசீரினை பேச விடாமல் தடுத்தனர். பசீர்சேகுதாவூத் எவ்வளவோ முயற்சித்தும் நபர்களின் கூக்குறலிற்கும் இடையூறுகளிற்கும் மத்தியில் பலன் கிடைக்காமலே போனது. அத்தோடு தவிசாளர் பசீரை கட்சியினை விட்டு வெளியேற்றுமாறும் கூக்குறலிட்டனர்.
ஆனால் கட்சியின் தலைவர் ஹக்கீம் பலமுறைகள் கட்சியின் தவிசாளரை பேச விடுமாறு உயர்பீட உறுப்பினர்களை கேட்டுக்கொண்டும் உயர் பீட உறுப்பினர்களின் தொடர்ந்தேர்ச்சியான இடையூறுகளினால் பசீர் சேகுதாவூத்தினால் தான் பேச முற்பட்ட விடயங்களை இறுதி வரைக்கும் பேச முடியாத விடயமாகவே காணப்பட இறுதியில் உயர் பீட கூட்டம் முடிவிற்கு கொண்டுவருவதாக கூறி கட்சியின் தலைமை வெளி நடப்பு செய்தது.
சில வாரங்களாக நான் ஹசன் அலிக்காக ஆயுதமாக மாற போகின்றேன் என்றும், தாருஸ்ஸலாமின் அணைத்து கணக்கறிக்கைகளையும் மிகச் சரியான முறையில் முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரசின் தலைமை மக்களுக்கு தெளிவு படுத்த வேண்டும் எனவும், தலைமையின் இரகசியங்கள் தன்கைவசம் எனவும், எனது தலைவன் ஒருவனே அவனே போராட்ட வீரன் பாலகுமார் என்றும், அதற்கு பின்னர்தான் பெரும் தலைவர் அஸ்ரஃப், ஹக்கீம் எனவும், சொத்து விபரங்கள் கேட்டு ஹக்கீமிற்கு பகிரங்க கடிதம் எழுதுதல் போன்ற பகிரங்க அறிக்கைகளை விட்டுக்கொண்டிருந்த கட்சியின் தவிசாளர் பசீர் சேகுதாவூத்தின் கர்ச்சிக்கும் அரசியல் குரல் இன்றைய முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரசின் உயர் பீட கூட்டத்தோடு புஸ்வானமாகி விட்டதா என்பதுதான் எல்லோருடைய கேள்வியாக இருக்கின்றது.

ReplyDelete"The Muslim Voice" has NO right to deliberate the the internal struggle for power issues of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress – SLMC. But Minister Rauf Hakeem being a Muslim and also claiming to be a Muslim political leader, “The Muslim Voice” vehemently denounces Rauf Hakeem as a Muslim leader of the Muslim Community of Sri Lanka as claimed by EPC Chief Minister Nazeer Ahamed. The claim made by CM Nazeer Ahamed that the Muslims are united as a political force via the SLMC is and some hooting supporters of Rauf Hakeem is FALSE. This is a fact that President Maithripala Sirisena, former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, the UNP and the Joint Opposition should begin to realize NOW. The Muslims were UNITED politically as one voice during the leadership of late M.H.M. Ashraff. With the advent of Rauf Hakeem becoming the leader of the SLMC, by conspiracy, using “ DEMOCRATIC MEANS TO KILL THE DEMOCRACY “ within the party and planting his stooges with constitutional changes, the SLMC support base (Poraaligal and Pamaramakkal) in the Eastern Province and Muslim populated area. outside the Eastern Province began to erode and finally ended up in the SLMC splitting into the ACMC, National Congress, DUA, Muslim Unit – SLFP and a group leaning with the UNP. The main architect who to sponsor Rauf Hakee to become the SLMC Leader after the demise of late M.H.M. Ashraff was Niyaz Hajiar well known as "Samudri Niyaz" a small-time gem merchant and a business broker who was a very close associate of the Ashraff family and a king maker from behind the scene during the Ashraff era. But after Rauf Hakeem became the leader of the SLMC, Niyaz Hajiar was thrown to the political dustbin of the SLMC by the ungrateful Rauf Hakeem, the opportunist. The deceptive, dishonest and alleged corruption, including the sale of the Muslim vote bank (SLMC MP’s votes in parliament) of the SLMC to the Mahinda government by Rauf Hakeem and now being challenged by the rank and file of the SLMC and especially Bazeer Segu Dawood, for a very large amount of money and additional perks, in return to support the controversial 18th Amendment Bill on September 8, 2010, made the Muslims politically frustrated. This does NOT imply that Bazeer Segu Dawood is an angle in the SLMC, but belongs to the same political creed of Rauf Hakeem. At the same time, the Muslims did not benefit to resolve their economical, employment, development, education and fundamental rights issues by the SLMC or Rauf Hakeem and his team. The Muslims were seen as “POLITICAL ORPHANS”, since the demise of the late M.H.M. Ashraff. In the period ending 2014, the Nationalist Buddhist Monks assault on the Community made the Muslims more frustrated. This led the Muslim community with a vote bank of nearly 500,000 votes to steer clear from “POLITICS” and to ACT AS A UNITED COMMUNITY FORCE that took decisions on its own without any influence or participation of Muslim politicians. The Muslim Community in the run-up to the Presidential elections and the General elections of 20015, ACTED AUTONOMOUSLY. The scenario was that Muslim politicians and political parties were led by the VOTERS and NOT the VOTERS led by the dishonest, deceptive and unscrupulous so-called Muslim politicians including Rauf Hakeem. Rauf Hakeem thus became “PERSONA NON-GRATA” to the TRUST of the Muslims in Sri Lanka, be it the Eastern province or other Muslim populated districts in the other provinces in Sri Lanka.

It is time up that a NEW POLITICAL FORCE that will be honest and sincere that will produce "CLEAN" and diligent Muslim Politicians to stand up and defend the Muslim Community politically and otherwise, EVEN WITHIN THE SLMC, especially from among the YOUTH and the poraalikkal and pamaramakkal, has to emerge to face the political challenges through RIGHTFUL legislation and constitutional changes adopted in our favour in the coming future, Insha Allah. "The Muslim Voice" advocates a CHANGE in the leadership of the SLMC at the very earliest, Insha Allah.
