இணைந்த வடக்கு-கிழக்கில் முஸ்லிம், முதலமைச்சரை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள தயார் - சம்பந்தன்

இணைந்த வடக்கு கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தில் ஒரு பக்குவமான படித்த முஸ்லிம் நபரை எமது முதலமைச்சராக ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கு நாம் தயாராகவிருக்கின்றோம் என தமிழ்த்தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பின் தலைவரும் எதிர்க்கட்சித்தலைவருமான ஆர்.சம்பந்தன் தெரிவித்தார்.
தமிழ் பேசும் மக்களின் பெரும்பான்மை பாதுகாக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதாலேயே வடக்கு கிழக்கு இணைந்திருக்க வேண்டுமென திடமாக வலியுறுத்தி வருகின்றோம் என்றும் அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.
இதனை முஸ்லிம் தலைவர்களும் மக்களும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவேண்டும் என்றும் அவர் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.
நேற்றுமுன்தினம் கொழும்பு தமிழ்ச் சங்கத்தில் இடம்பெற்ற நிகழ்வொன்றில் பிரதம அதிதியாக கலந்துகொண்டு உரையாற்றுகையிலேயே மேற்கண்டவாறு தெரிவித்தார். அவர் அங்கு மேலும் தெரிவிக்கையில்,
எமக்கு எதிராக எமது போராட்டங்களுக்கு எதிரான பல அநீதிகள் இழைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. பிரஜாவுரிமைச் சட்டம் பாராளுமன்றில் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டு நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டதையடுத்து தமிழ் மக்களின் அரசியல் பலம் குறைக்கப்பட்டது.
நாடு சுதந்திரமடைந்த போது தமிழுக்கும் சிங்களத்திற்கும் சம உரிமை கொடுக்கப்படுமென ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டிருந்தது. ஆனால் பின்னர் தனிச்சிங்களம் சட்டம் 1956ஆம் ஆண்டு கொண்டுவரப்பட்டு நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.
பெரும்பான்மை இனம் தமிழ் பேசும் இனங்களின் பிரதேசங்களில் குடியேற்றப்பட்டார்கள். விசேடமாக கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தில் குடியேற்றங்கள் மிகவும் தீவிரமாக இடம்பெற்றிருந்தன.
எமது நாட்டில் 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கும் 1981ஆம் ஆண்டுக்குமிடையிலான காலப்பகுதியில் சிங்கள மக்களின் இயற்கை ரீதியான அதிகரிப்பு 2.5 வீதமாகும். இக்காலத்தில் கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தில் சிங்கள மக்களின் இயற்கை ரீதியான அதிகரிப்பு 9 வீதமாகும். தற்போது வடமாகாணத்திலும் அவ்விதமான நிகழ்வுகளை நிறைவேற்றுவதற்கு முயற்சிகள் எடுக்கப்படுகின்றன.
இக்காரணத்தின் நிமித்தம் தான் வடக்கு கிழக்கு இணைந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
தமிழ் பேசும் மக்களின் பெரும்பான்மை பாதுகாக்கப்படவேண்டும் என்பதை திடமாக வலியுறுத்தி வருகின்றோம். இதனை முஸ்லிம் மக்கள் புரிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும். முஸ்லிம் தலைவர்கள் புரிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும்.
ஒரு தமிழர் தான் முதலமைச்சராக இருக்க வேண்டுமென்ற காரணத்திற்காக நாம் அவ்வாறு செய்யவில்லை.
ஒரு பக்குவமான படித்த முஸ்லிம் நபரை எமது முதலமைச்சராக ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கு நாம் எப்போம் தயாராகவிருக்கின்றோம். எமது பெரும்பான்மை பாதுகாக்கப்படுவது சந்தேகத்துக்கு இடமின்றி உறுதிப்படுத்துவதாக இருந்தால் வடக்கு கிழக்கு மாகாணங்கள் இணைக்கப்படவேண்டும்.
அதனை அவர்கள் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டுமென்பதை அன்பாகவும் தாழ்மையாகவும் கேட்டுக்கொள்ள விரும்புகின்றோம்.
தற்போது பாராளுமன்றம் அரசியலமைப்பு சபையாக மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது. வழிநடத்தும் குழு நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டு ஒழுங்காக கூடி செயற்பாடுகளை முன்னெடுத்து வருகின்றது.
புதிய அரசியல் சாசனம் இந்த நாட்டிற்கு அவசியமாகவுள்ளது.
புதிய அரசியல் சாசனமானது தமிழ் மக்களுக்கு மட்டுமானதல்ல. அனைத்து மக்களுக்கும் முக்கியமானது.
அதற்காக அனைவரும் முயற்சிக்கின்றார்கள். புதிய அரசியல் சாசனத்தின் ஊடாகவே தற்போதுள்ள நிலையிலிருந்து நாட்டை மீட்க முடியும் என்றார்.

வட மாகாண சபையில் உள்ள ஒரே ஒரு முஸ்லிம் உறுப்பினரை இவர்களும் தமிழ் ஊடகங்களும் நடத்தும் அழகே இவர்கள் எந்த அளவுக்கு துவேஷிகள் என்பதற்கு போதுமான சான்று.இந்த இலட்சணத்தில் இணைந்த வடக்கு கிழக்காவது மண்ணங்கட்டியாவது.
ReplyDeleteநீங்கள் ஒரு நல்ல மனிதர் நல்லண்ணத்தில் இதனை முன், வைக்கிறிர்கள் அதர்கான மரியாதையை நாங்கள் உங்களுக்கு தருகிறோம் ஆனால் உங்களைப்போன்று மற்றவர்களுக்கும் திறந்த மனது இரண்டு பக்கமும் இல்லை என்பதுதான் மனவேதனை ,நீங்கள் கூறுவது போன்று வடகிழக்கு ஒன்றிணைந்து முதல் அமைச்சர் முஸ்லிமை நியமித்தாலும் ஆறு மாதத்துகு மேல் அவரால் அந்தக் கதிரையில் இருக்க முடியாமல் போய் விடும்
ReplyDeleteவட கிழக்கில் தமிழ் சமூகத்தினால் அபகரிக்கப்பட்ட முஸ்லிம் சமூகத்தின் காணிகள் அனைத்தும் மீண்டும் முஸ்லிம் சமூகத்திடம் கௌரவமான முறையில் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட வேண்டும் .அவ்வாறு காணிகளை மீளவும் ஒப்படைக்காதவரை முஸ்லிம் சமூகம் இவர்களின் ஆசை வார்த்தைகளை நம்பி ஏமாந்து விட வேண்டாம் .

Pls don't get me wrong, but it's my observation.
Muslims should never go in for an amalgamation of the North and East as one district/Province. The Muslims in the North-East have suffered very much and lost a lot under the administrative power of Tamil Government Servants/government officials and the dominating Tamil political parties since independence. The Muslims in the North and East were treated as second class citizens. With the advent of the LTTE, it became much worst, till May 2009. The Colombo Muslims or Muslims who live outside the North and East did not feel the oppressions, because they were administered by the Sinhalese administrators/government officials who were communal too, but considerate.
ReplyDeleteOn 2 and 8 September 1988 President Jayewardene issued proclamations enabling the Northern and Eastern provinces to be one administrative unit administered by one elected Council. The North Eastern Province was born. The proclamations were only meant to be a temporary measure until a referendum was held in the Eastern Province on a permanent merger between the two provinces. However, the referendum was never held and successive Sri Lankan presidents have issued proclamations annually extending the life of the "temporary" entity.
The merger was bitterly opposed by Sri Lankan nationalists. The combined North Eastern Province occupied one fourth of Sri Lanka. On 14 July 2006, the JVP filed three separate petitions with the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka requesting a separate Provincial Council for the East. On 16 October 2006 the Supreme Court ruled that the proclamations issued by President Jayewardene were null and void and had no legal effect. The Eastern Province was formally born on 1 January 2007. SINCE THEN, the Muslims in the Eastern Province have some form of FREEDOM and enjoy FUNDAMENTAL and POLITICAL RIGHTS. Muslims of the Eastern Province should OPPOSE a demerger of the North and Eastern Provinces at any cost, Insha Allah. Muslims should NOT at any stage consider the political “CROCODILE TEARS” of R. Sambandan and the TNA, Insha Allah. This comment column is not enough to list the administrative and political atrocities the Tamil politicians and the TNA/ITAK had done to the Muslims in the Eastern Province since Independence.
