President of Namibia, Mr. Hifikepunye Lucas, arrived in Sri Lanka this morning (Thursday, Nov. 14) for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2013 beginning in Colombo, Sri Lanka, this week.
